We are not selling software.
Cervello provides a complete service from installing to making the system available for its customers
This methodology includes equipment (Servers, not work stations) and software licenses required for this operation, and it assures environment availability over 98%.
The customer starts paying only when the system is actually running.
Rent fee includes system manager support with instant response during business hours and 24/7 assistance. Costs are calculated upon the number of people that will be served.
There are no extra or hidden costs of customization or any duties for non-structural adjustments.
The tool is flexible enough not to need structural changes.
The system is delivered with all reports developed to meet customer’s requirements as defined at the time of implementation.
If more reports are needed along the way, they will be developed.
