In order to address this situation, the first Megaplay project was developed in Brazil.
Research was carried out to identify new needs and the development of a tool was implemented in some of the world’s largest corporations in order to obtain an accurate and unbiased performance evaluation.
The result has now reached the market through Inforoad , one of the world’s most advanced software developed and tested for 5 millions inquiries.
Another characteristic that marked Cervello’s path was the creation of a multidisciplinary development team, which gathered professionals from different areas including Customer Service, Commercial, Marketing and Human Resources.
This team worked extensively on analyzing the product from a user’s perspective and suggesting adjustments and improvements.
